Sausage Making Course – Step into the butchers shoes and learn how to make a proper sausage using our own free range pork from the farm, natural hog skins and simple quality ingredients with no additives or preservatives. All to take place in the butchery unit at Stoneygate Farm shop.

On this course, led by one of our butchers:

You will be creative and make your own sausage recipe using a selection of herbs and spices available. A small sample will be cooked for taste purposes to check seasoning etc.

You will mix all your chosen ingredients into the sausage meat and stuff into sausage skins.

You will learn how to link the sausages in the traditional way just like we do here at Stoneygate Farm.

You will leave with at least 2kg (per person) of the sausage that you have made, for you to enjoy and share at home.

Minimum 4 people required. Light refreshments included.
