We appreciate your business and want you to be satisfied with your purchases.

  1. In-Store Purchases:

Refunds are issued for items returned within 7 days of the purchase date, with some exceptions detailed below.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt.

The customer is responsible for the costs of return shipping and packaging.

Please do not return Perishable Goods to us, you must dispose of them in the correct way.

  1. Cafe Services:

Refunds for cafe services are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Please notify our staff immediately if you are unsatisfied with your experience, and we will do our best to address your concerns.

  1. Online Purchases:

For goods and services purchased through our website, our refund policy applies.
